There is a drainage leak on the road opposite my house in Nagendranagar Habsiguda near Nachram. I complained on call centre 155313. The token number is 9718.
Somebody came but did not attend to the leak saying it comes under Nacharam area.
I again called 155313. They registered a fresh complaint with token number 3888. The leak is there since 4 days. Nobody seems to bother. Once I give a complaint, why am I forced to talk to talk to several people multiple times.
