Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Hmwssb] — no water in tap/ no water supply

There is no water supply since 2 months at my residence in Mahboob garden colony, Tolichowki, no of complaints have been raised through HMWSSB app, by phone calls to customer care, by visiting the water supply section office - Shaikpet, but of no use. The complaint is closed as solved or progress, but no action has been taken, and until now there is no water supply.
