Respected sir, this is herald mathias selva kumar with the can no :[protected] from bhoiguda secunderabad, wants to bring to your notice that i did not receive the water bill on time i waited till 16/1/18 so i have paid my monthly water bill of rs. 625 on 16/1/18 around 1:30 pm, through mee-seva, at moulali. And again i have received the water bill on 17/1/18, without knowing that i have paid already, my wife she paid the bill again, my humble request please credit this rs. 624 in my account so that i don't need to pay in february. 2018.
