Shabdd Jindal had purchased an iPad 9th generation 64gb space grey wifi only on 12th may 2023 and got it delivered on 13th may 2023.
When i opened the package the original apple seal was tempered and other seals were also tampered
When i opened the Box the iPad was also not covered with the paper protection layer.
THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE BY FLIPKART
We tried contacting to Flipkart and apple but got no reply.
I thereby request you all to address this issue and provide me with the refund or replacement
I DIDN'T EXPECTED THIS LEVEL OF WORST SERVICE. PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH THE SOLUTION OR ELSE I'll BE FORCED TO TAKE HELP FROM CONSUMER FORUM.
