Ordered Apple I pad, order was taken and accepted, after 9 days the order was cancelled without any prior information. waited 9 long days to get a message of "out of stock" and more over i booked the product through credit card and now credit card charges are laid on me. its not fair at all.
I put a lot of hope/interest/time on my product delivery and the seller has given me a disappointment. I need a vendor's explanation and, as compensation, I need the product. For making me wait nine days and playing with my emotions, a defamation lawsuit would have to be filed against the seller.
