I have been to hypercity kundanahalli store (Store address: embassy paragaon, kundalahalli gate, itpl road, bengaluru, karnataka 560037) on 18th june 2017.
As there was a billing issue that day at the store, they were receiving payment using mobile app.
The first time they billed all my purchased items, one item was double billed. They claimed to have removed it, but eventually the payment failed.
So they went through the entire process again and billed me and the payment was successful the second time.
As i did not carry my mobile to the store, i checked once i reached home and they had double charged me.
First - instamojo technologies 360 i (Rs-2691.46)
Second - razorpay software pvt 288 i (Rs-2572.66)
I had called regarding this issue on 18th june itself and i was informed that the amount will be reversed in 3-5 days but that has not happed till date.
I recalled today for the same issue and i go this email id for feedback.
I need this issue to be fixed asap and the first amount of rs2691.46 to be reversed. Was this information helpful? |
