Hi i brought one philips beard trimmer from hypercity viviana mall thane on 12/07/2017. But it was stop working within 2 months on around september2017. So by 8th oct 17 we went to store and inform about the issue.
Mr. Mohit whose mobile no is [protected] inform that they can not take the product now first they will lodge a complain and the technician will come to your place and repaired by 1 or 2 days. So we waited 2 dayd but no call from him or technician. So my husband call him after 2 days ask about the same then he said i will put lodge now, complain no as 60-[protected].
This time too no one turn up and finally i got frustration and went to store (Viviana mall hypercity) on 22 nd oct 2017. There i meet mr ansari whose no is[protected].
He was so loud and rude he does not even listen and saying he was not there on 8th oct. The persom mr mohit only lodge camplain, and saying why you people it self did not lodge complain as philips peaple will te more days to come to staore campare to customer home. Probably they might
Repaired it by now.
Now my question first of all he is not accepting the mistake has done by them by not follow the philip company and when we were on store on 8th why did not they inform us the same.
On the exchange policy no 3 it was clearly written that all appliances & electronic item will be exchanged subject to warranty n guarantee terms of manufactring n my item is under warranty.
