Hyundai Electronics — My Led tv is dead | |||
Hi, My name is Kunal Gautam. I purchased a Hyundai Smart tv UHDTVHY5098QNZ25-V on 15.december.19. my invoice number is 208/2019. When i openned the tv at home after purchased and see the back side of the tv there is no i have found that there is a something missing in the back and there was not some screw in the tv backside. i felt really bad . when you purchased a new brand appliance and it seems that is used or repaired, i really got confused that is a new brand tv or it have been used or it just from dumb product with the new box. also it has a problem with there color and conditionality in app installation. few app's are not working correctly, the TV is restart unknowingly itself, ithink there is problem with android OS software of the television. Really bad product and services from Hyundai brand. also when i raise a complaint of the product the company said they will just tight a screw but they don't have any clarification of the product why it was on this condition like used or repaired condition. after few months struggle i called to Hyundai asm mr prem his mobile number is [protected], unfortunately he behavior unexpected and clearly refused to change the repaired or used product that i have tv. My emi is finished till now but I did not get working condition television still I have that tv which is completely dead. My current television is dead .
