[Resolved]  Hyundai — Ignorance of Dangerous defects pointed out

Respected Sir/Madam, I brought a Hyundai i20 full option in 2013with engine number D4FCDM008944 registered number plate KL 10 AQ 120, which at present used only 20000 km, is maily used for the homely purpose with family, Since the beginning o[censored]sage of car, I find the car is very difficult to pull the heights and hilly roads in kerala, where majority of roads in kerala is such type due to the geographical condition, The failure or weak pulling causes risk which can even cause major accidents of lossing the control and falling from heights with the car engine get off automatically due to very weak pulling power and failure to accelerate in the first gear even and slipping back while driving to the hill heights especially during the rainy season which can even cause death, Such and Issue was being contineously informed since the beginning and two service time also completed but they are showing negligence to the issue informed, They said the issue is with the turbo and many of the customers who purchased I20 came up with the same but they are not ready to solve the issue and all they are saying is that companyhave not informed them about any solution, Untill then they cannot do anything .This reply is being continued for almost 13 months from the service points of hyundai in Manjeri and Perinthalmanna. and during the last service done at perintalmanna service point on 06th October 2014, One of the service executive says they doesnt have any solution for the turbo problem and we should go to a third party and do an unauthorised software update which we should make an extra payment.They clearly show negligence without solving the issue which makes it very difficult to make a safe drive in roads of kerala where majority of roads are curvy, hairpin bends and hilly heights and slippery during rainy season which is very panic effort to drive with family. I request to Honorable Law to make an effort to help the society to get a transparent solution for such a serious defect from a very popular and International Car manufacturer which they are clearly neglecting and the fact is that Hyundai I20 is a very fast moving car in India and still they deliver such a poor quality spare parts for a car that is priced around 9 Lakh Indian Rupees. So i request for your attention to solve this with public interest. Along with this, There is a very serious and dangerous defect pointed out to them since the purchase time, The issue is that while driving at night time, with Air Conditioner on, A very rare mist formation which cannot be removed with mirror wiper, or any type of wash and it makes the glass blurr like a sandblasted glass and blocking the vision of the driver which can even cause death and major accidents when such a vision blocker occur quickly while driving. This issue occurs mostly in rainy season and mild climate and only with useage of air condtioner. As it is a very difficulttask to explain such an issue to a third party, They were just giving lot of guidance for last one year to use different modes of AC when that fogg type of mist block the vision, but all their guidance failed miserably during this one year and finally we had to raise this issue with serious panic as this issue caused an accident while driving with family during the eid tour on 06th october 2014 that too at night time but the Hyundai Service point in Perintalmanna asked us to prove the issue when reported again after accident and said they can only give a solution if the real problem is proven, and after two days when we found the same issue while driving in perintalmanna locality we called them and they witnessed the issue and stood helpless to remove the mist formation which doesnot get removed aftter cleaning from outside and inside of car. The company is showing a very irresponsible attitude to the issue and Mr Anson, The service manager was very harsh towards the issue reported and he was ignorant towards the possibility of causing accident if driven with such a dirty vision that is caused by the unremovable mist on the front glass .as were travelling with family at night time when the issue was reported and Mr Anson, who is the perintalmanna service branch manager was very irresponsible and ignorant to provide a replacement or solving out the issue, Especially our concern about causing accident and the security of our ladies inside car if such issue stop the journey at night time in strange areas. We felt so shocked with the reply from the senior service managers . So we request the Honourable Law to take its cause to provide a healthy solution to such serious issues which causes serious Road safety issue while driven which is being clearly neglected by the very large scale car manufacturer in India. So My humble request to the Honourable Court is to look into the matter seriously and help me and the society to find a solution for the issue many are facing but being left unsolved due to the ignorance of the company.
