I have purchased new brand card in Jan 2019, all trailing service has been done regularly in Hyundai Service station as per schedule ( free and paid both). Yesterday My car AC was failure because of Cooling coil leakage while I was roaming with my family.
Nearer service center( just 45 km) contacted and his reply was that car might be put in work shop for 3-4 days to claim part as per warranty policy.
I was not in position to place my car in workshop because of my family was along with me and I was 800+ kms away from my home town.
I have got it done ok by local mechanic by cash paid within half day.
My reliability to Hyundai is now lower for this incident.
Money is not matter- Failure of part because of not cared it during regular service by Authorized service station personnel.
If they was took care for proper cleaning of dirty parts during service, this was not happened on road side. Was this information helpful? |
