Dear Sir/ Madam,
It does not feel good to register a complaint in your esteemed organization.However telling you that i am having a very bittet experience with you.I bought eon fron your dealer named pace hyundai in jammu.After one month the AC stopped working.I went your service station names pace in jammu only and explained them what has happened.They told me to change the module and it will be covered under warranty.After mutiple reminders somehow they today arranged an appointment for the fixture.Unfortunately today, they have not been able to solve the problem and it still persisits.Its really disappointing that an organization like yours first took so much time to arrange an appointment and that is of no use.I took an off from office aand could not get any valuable returns.I hope you understood my point and will do the needful.Hoping to get the positive results Was this information helpful? |
