I am availing Hyundai Verna 1.6 SX which is only 15260 KMs run till date from the time of purchase.
It is to complain that the service center in Panipat, Haryana is not able to resolve my issue for my car Verna 1.6 SX
as I am continuously in contact with Mr. Pankish at Sawan Hyundai Service Center, Panipat
and very unsatisfactory response from him to resolve my issue and even he is not responding my calls now.
Please note that I had a normal drive on NH1 from Panipat (Haryana) to Khanna (Punjab) which is approx. 160 KMs only on May 10, 2014
and
unfortunately on the return path from Khanna to Panipat, the alloy wheel on Left Side (Front) has been broken without any accident.
The same story had already been shared with Panipat Service Center i.e. Sawan Hyundai
and
they had complete inspection of my car alloy wheel and they are also surprised how the alloy wheel got broken without any accident but they are not replacing the alloy of my car.
It is to inform that I had purchased this car on May 20, 2013
and
it is under warranty as per company policy.
It was clearly informed to me that all the manufacturing defects has been covered under warranty and as per the incidence, the car alloy was definitely having some manufacturing defects
and
due to the manufacturing defects, it got broken without any hit.
It is my requirement with you to please look into the matter and help me in replacing the car alloy as this seems to be unsafe to drive with Hyundai.
