To The General Manager M/S HYUNDAI MOTORS Sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice that vide Invoice no AWA-538 dated 24/09/2014, I purchased my above car from M/S AUTO WEB HYUNDAI That, I have full trust & confidence in HYUNDAI cars, as we are having Two SANTRO cars One HYUNDAI VERNA car & fourth one, We have purchased HYUNDAI ELITE I 20. That after one week only, when the km reading of my car was only 150 km, my left side front Tyre got burst while the vehicle was in the state of running condition. Although, the cut is on the Tyre is on upper side facing & the so called Engineers from M/s BRIDGESTONE named Sh Himanshu was at the service center of HYUNDAI who inspected & dis allowed the Tyre which is in the is in warranty period. The Engineer was requested to check the pressure of tyre & it was noticed that the pressure of tyre was more then 45 in all tyre where as permissible air in the tyre is only 33 & even after request he has not mentioned the pressure of tyre in his inspection report. At our request the pressure of other newly car which was parked in the service center for sale & It was noticed that the pressure of air was more then 50 in all the tyres. When i insisted to replace my tyre the Engineer Sh Himanshu has behaved very rudely that you go to either High court or Supreme court I will make my report as per my own whims and reiterated you do what ever you like. In view of the above to kindly change my tyre immediately latest by tomorrow i.e 7/10/2014 Other wise you will compel to initiate the legal action in the court of law.
