[Resolved]  Hyundai Motor India — Car papers / Documents not received

Referenec complaint nbr :[protected] Raised date[protected] This is to bring to your notice that i had purchased Hyundai i-20 Magna on 19/06/2014 from Charisma Hyundai and unfortunately i had lost some car docs post purchase . After the contact with dealer i was suggested to raise an FIR which i promptly did and submitted the same to the dealer . It was then agreed that i will receive the docs within 5 working days but it has now been 3 months from that and after numerous irritating visits to the dealer and calls to customer service the issue still remains unattended . I also called up Customer service and dealer to check for status and the response was " Pls wait for some more time " . They are not even ready to give a date now as to when till i wait ! Also note that, due to this delay from Hyundai i have yet not been able to register my vehicle and thus a fine is being imposed on me . Pls take it up on priority . Sahil, [protected]
