Hyundai Motor India — Car stops on road due to clutch issue car given in service center in 1st October still the part not available 20 days gone car with service center onl

Dear Team,

This is Venkata Krishna Mallidi customer of Hundai motors I have purchase i20 petrol car in may 2019 vehicle no AP39BB3222.

Due to some of my relatives hospitalization issue I came to Kakinada on 1st October then the clutch issue came car was breakdown and I have taken to nearest Sai sreedevi service center till now the part is not available and my car with service center only I'm facing so many problems without my car in this pandemic condition they doesn't know when will the part will come and the car will ready.

Please look into the issue and resolve as soon as possible it's very very urgent for me.
