We bought an i10 NIOS, FQ 1354 car from NRL Hyundai, Agra in November 2020. On 21st May 2021, my father ( Mr. Yatendra Agarwal ) had a car accident, and the company took the car to the workshop. Until now, we have not received my car as they are giving us multiple excuses for the delay in delivery. I have been asking and complaining for more than a month, however, they did not send us the updates of the car and the claim passed. Even we have no clue whether the car has other faults after the assembling or the insurance company did not send the claimed amount. As we were aware of our rights as a consumer, with no option left, we filed a case with consumer court but your dealers have still not executed the order. Even they fraudulently sent a consumer positive feedback letter with the false signature of my brother to the court. They willfully cheated the execution of orders. Sir, all the dealers are fooling us by giving us multiple dates for delivery. We are seriously fed up, so please have a detailed visit to the workshop as they are openly cheating customers.
