I Am really dissatisfy and disheartened to see how customer issues and concerns are getting treated at Hyundai India. Mentioning the complete concern below for your refrence.
I bought two Creta E+ model diesel variant in the year Jan’2019 from Koncept Hyundai Green Park Delhi India. One is of white colour and the other one is of Black. Since beginning there were issues with the steering wheel of black Creta which is really hard to drive. At the very first service I sent my car to Dream Hyundai Sec-4 Noida and the concern person was MR Vishwproop o told him the complete issue but he was not able to fix the same and said the steering is perfectly fine and does not have any issues But the problem still persists I had passed one complete year with the hard steering which really makes my hand paining while driving after that at the second service I raised the same complaint for the hard steering but again all got in vain and Dream Hyundai sent back my car stating there was no issues again and that time also Vishproop was dealing with that but problem was still not resolved now the steering got more harder then what was before after second service after giving negetive feedback to after sales service team my car got picked again to fix the issue but again they wasted time and did not done anything.
It’s been really two years with the issue which I really can’t expect from Hyundai being such a big brand I have stop driving my car now because of the hard steering wheel issue which makes my hands pain while driving request you to take up this issue in top most priority as resolve this issue I really would be highly obliged.
