I am having a rhaving registered no. CG 04 ME 9002. In the last week of October 2019 the car did not start in my office parking. A mechanic from above dealer visited my car at my request & informed that Battery is not working. He took the car to show room, gave a stand by battery & informed that after its checking they can inform the problem in battery & it will be informrd within 1-2 days.They did not call even for a month.I visited show room in the miidle of DEcember 209 when at my enquiry it was informed that the battery will be replaced by a new one because it is under gurantee period. No satisfactory reply was given on my enquiry the reason why it was not informed me in last more than one month. They assured me to replace me within a couple of days. ONe representative collected some document which was required for the replacement. But no respone was received for a week. Then we again enquire it was informed that since no documents were received the battery could not be replaced. We again mailed the document with the assurance that it will be replaed within 2 days. By that time my car started igination problem. Then we started requesting daily then only the battery could be replaced on 31/12/2019. I request to please inform me how many days it takes to exchane a battery & i was harrased or it is normal practice of Hundai. Here I want to inform that all the happening all are regularly in the knowledge of Mr. Satpathi, probably GM of service department. Was this information helpful? |
