Dear Sir,
This Ramesh Vadthya from Hyderabad, I purchased our Hyundai VENUE SX 1.5 CRDM BSVI at your show room Laxmi Hyundai, LB Nagar, Hyderabad in the month of June 2020 and all related service like Vehicle Registration at RTO office, Insurance..provided by your show room people and I paid all charges and extra charge also.
But they're made mistakes ( Blindly they are doing mistakes) in Data entry in RTO official website. My vehicle color entered Blue instead Polor White in Temporary Registration (TR) For Changing color it's take 4 months time. After that also they made a mistake in Original Registration Certificate (RC) that is Cubic capacity 5.00 instead of 1493.
Now issue is,
I am going to claim, insurance companies ( bharati AXA general Insurance co ltd) is not accepting due to Cubic capacity different in RC and Insurance. And also they clearly explained that in future any incidents accursed they don't give Claim.
I approach your show [protected]@Laxmi Hyundai, LB Nagar, Hyderabad. The Branch Manager Properly not responding and moreover he tells that Company made mistake Providing Vehicle data to RTO.
Sir, please rectify the problem with in 2days. And do needful.
