I am a loyal customer of Hyundai and this is my third hyundai car, presently I am owning Hyundai Grand i 10 . Last time I had sent my car to Saini Hyundai, Kolkata Garrage since I understand there was some current leakage issue with my car . I had purchased and installed a new Exide Battery, even after that, almost in every alternate day the battery was being drained . The battery was sent to Exide factory and they re-confirmed that the battery is in order and adviced me to send the car to authorised hyundai garrage since they suspected current leakge problem . Accordingly I contacted Mr. Nani Debnath, the service advisor whom I know may be for last 10 years since almost on yearly basis I get my car servicing done annually and incidentally he had been overseeing my car service issue . This time I had sent the car and accordingly it was told to me that since the servicing is due so they want to do the car servicing for which I consented and also I was told that there is a minor leakage because of which the battery is draining which has been rectified, a bill of more than Rs.10000 was raised which I had to pay . Again after few days the battery got completely drained and the car could not be started . I reported the matter back to the service advisor on 15/09 and he wanted me to wait since on 17/09 there was Viswakarma Puja which I happily agreed for and I was assured the car will be lifted for my premises, brought back to garrage and the problem will be rectified . Unfortunately till date, inspite of many assurances to lift the car it has still not done, I wonder why such Casual approach which is quite unlikely for a company like Hyundai of International repute !! Now your people looks like have stopped receiving my calls also, my car is idling for so many days and nobody seems to be bothered about it and trying to falsify the cause and making excuses after excuses . I am compelled to put my grievance in this forum for now, if no immediate action is taken, I will take it to wider forum which definitely will tarnish the image of Hyundai though it is not my intension . Also make a note, that I am not willing to pay any further money for rectifying this defect since last time I was charged such hefty amount which was not required at all, whereas the fundamental problem area was not resolved .
