Hyundai Motor India — delay in refund booking after cancellation of booking

Address:Bharatpur, Rajasthan

I have made booking hyundai creta e plus and deposit booking amount 21000/- rupees in shri shakun hyundai moters, bharatpur on date 09agust 2017. After this they commit creta will be received up to 24 august. But next day they tell me that creta will be received up to 10 th september. Then i refuse and cancelled that booking. And make new booking of creta in morani moters jaipur. Accordingly i received creta on morani moters jaipur on 25 august. But shagun moters bharatpur not refund by booking amount 21000/-rupees yet. So please take necessary action and refund my booking amount.
