Hyundai Motor India — Delay in repair of accidental vehicle | |||
I Sub Maj Amit Kumar (Retd) placed my accidental vehicle on 29 Sep 2016 for inspection/survey. After inspection/survey, the vehicle was returned to me on next day and stated that the repair work will be done on availability of spare parts. After that I enquire for availability of spare parts, but the contact person (Mr. Azad Singh, Manager Services) has not responded my call till 12 Oct 2016. Finally, on 13 Oct 2016, the vehicle has been asked for repair and promised that the vehicle will be delivered on 15 Oct 2016 at 05:00 PM. On inquiring for delivery of vehicle today i.e. 15 Oct 2016, the contact person at Marudhara Hyundai, Jhunjhunu has denied to deliver the car stating that the job work has not been done. I ask Hyundai Motor India to instruct Marudhara Hyundai, Jhunjhunu to wakeup and give consumer satisfaction at least a satisfactory level. Was this information helpful? | |||
