This is to inform that i had submitted my car on 4th january with very less damage, i was given date of delivery in march nearby holi, nothing was done by then, till date i havent got my car delivered, service agent vivek tiwari giving random dates of service, making fake promises, giving fake excuses, not picking up the call, i had my elder brother marriage today i.e. 22nd april i had informed this to the agent on the very first day regarding the same but yet he keeps on delaying the dates, its been more than 3 months they have not been able to complete the service

i want you to take severe action regarding the same otherwise as the delivery date was delayed and we have recordings of service agent of fake promises and commitments i am raising this request to cosumer forum to take severe action againts GP hyundai naini prayagraj or else i will take legal actions against the company it might impact the goodwill on higher note, so i want this service agent need to be penalised for the deed which he did and need compensation for the same

Randomly people are calling and making same fake excuses, showing concern but not giving any positive response
