Hyundai Motor India — Disappointed with Hyundai service | |||
I have purchased Hyundia creta in 2006 and drove for 17000 kms till now.Though I drove the car sparingly, it has got starting problem.I took the car to service center Laxmi Hyundai, Nizampet, Hyderabad on 04-Oct-2019.After scanning the car, they told there is a problem with Smart key assemble and needs to be replaced. They told that they had ordered the part on 06-Oct-2020.Even after 10days also part is not received and still car is lying at service center.Though car did not not have any other problem, due to unavailbilty of spare part, I could not get the car repaired.I am really disappointed eventhough car is driven less kms, how smart key assembly got spoiled and taking too much time to get it replaced.I am repenting of buying Hyundai car.
