Hyundai Motor India — Faulty Product Offered ( Hyundai verna 1.6crdi SX) | |||
My car has barely completed 21, 000kms approx and I have had multiple complaints in my car which I have to rectify every now and then. Latest being the humming sound made by the clutch plate as described your service expert in Global Galleria ( Authorized Service center in Powai). As per them the clutch plate has burned out which I am hearing for the first time in a car which is not even 2 years old. Though they say this is the first time they are hearing about the problem whereas the Internet speaks contrary to their claims. They initially offered me a quotation of Rs. 25000/- approx. And have now charged me 6300/- for changing the clutch plate. They have stated that clutch plate is not covered under the so called warranty which Hyundai gives to its customer and has to be borne by the customer only. I have no problem with your service center's approach and attitude but I am disappointed & feel cheated with the product these guys have offered. I have never faced any issue with my Maruti vehicles in the past and the Japanese provide better product then these Koreans. Their customer service center is horrible and never reply to emails or calls. Their websites were last updated during Jurassic era and does not give you any correct information. I have been writing to Hyundai management for the last 1 week and there is not a single response received besides the standard template their IT head would have created without applying any head. Honestly the entire experience has been horrible in dealing with Hyundai and they are only good at marketing but their end product is cheap and substandard. Was this information helpful? | |||
