After being harrased by dpm hyundai for about an year, i have no other option left then to go to consumer court. I bought verna fluidic on 30 june 2016. I paid all the amount for registration, insurance etc. Now it has been more than 1 year but i have still not got my registration done. This fraud has been done by arjun kumar from sales team. From last one year this arjun kumar has been giving false statements about this issue... Sometimes for their gm and sometimes for owner. Whenever i used to go to showroom for complaint he begged not to complain because he would loose is job.. On 25 july i went to showroom to meet the gm, but was told that he is not available, so had a meeting with neha who deals in customer complaints...
But as of now, i am still waiting for their response. Is this how hyundai should deal with their customer..
