I visited your dealer "gallops motors, i.I.M. Road, ahmedabad on 16th december 2016 at around 12.00 noon to book my new creta car. The sales person obtained my documents for in house loan arrangements and told me that a new car will be delivered on 17th dec, 2016.
I again visited the show room on 17th with family at around 11.00 a.M to celebrate the auspicious occasion of taking delivery of my car . Where i was advised that after the approval of your loan the car will be ready for delivery. After spending almost a full day at the show room with my family i was advised by the representative of hdfc bank mr. Rahul rathod that my loan of rs. 14.82 lacs is approved for the tenure requested by me at around 5.00 p.M. And also advised me that the loan requested by you is at 9.35% and the emi of the same will be around rs. 24000/- p.M.
Subsequently, the sales officer told me to credit rs. 2.20 lacs to the company's account towards the down payment which i immediately reacted and transferred the said fund to company's account through rtgs from my bank account.
The vehicle for delivery was brought to the show room at around 6.00 p.M.
We were prepared and ready to take delivery of the vehicle but suddenly at around 7.20 p.M. Sales officer mr. Jeetesh informed us that your approval for car loan was not clear and we will not get delivery today.
After listening to the words told by mr. Jeetesh, sales officer, we were shocked and the whole family was thinking what to do.
The way in which the staff was behaving with us since last two days is a matter of concern for us. The commitment given by your staff was not having any authenticity.
No senior officer at the show room attended us and told us the true story as to what was going on since last two days and at the eleventh hour our dream of owing a creta car was ruined.
At present i am owing a verna fluidic car and i am an employee working in p.S.U. Since last 25 years was thinking to own a hyundai car only showing loyalty towards your company but...The way the sales team, other officials behaved with us was not upto the standards of an international company i.E. Hyundai.
At around 10.30 p.M. The amount transfered to your company's account was refunded to me in form of a cheque no.004275 for rs. 2.20 lacs.
In reference to what is narrated above, we request you to kindly arrange to impress upon your dealer's not to play with the sentiments/emotions of the customers by giving false commitments. This type of behavior in future will loose the trust on your company and customers will be compelled to find another option which may result in loosing loyal customers.
