We bought this vehicle from Pinnacle Hyundai Thrissur on May 2018. In the beginning of this year, we experienced a gear shifting issue for the first time and the same was reported to the showroom officials of Popular Hyundai, Kutaneloor, Thrissur. Complaint was registered with them and the car was picked up for repairing the issue by them.Then they claimed that the issue was sorted and the car was returned to us three weeks later.
After 2 weeks, we experienced the same issue and the car was again taken for repair. This time they claimed that the issue was due to accumulation of dust particles inside the sensor of the gear box. They also that it was cleaned up and then they returned the vehicle after 2 weeks. Things were fine until last month and the same issue again repeated.
Again the car was sent for service and this time they said that the issue was due to damaged inhibitor switch and had it replaced and the car was sent back to us last week.
Unfortunately again the same issue reported immediately after receiving the car and the sane was again taken to the service station. This time we were informed that the issue was due to faulty history codes which was erased by them and the car was sent back.
Two days later, the same issue again repeated and the officials were made aware of it and whose response was not very welcoming this time. They were not ready to taken in the vehicle for checking again.
If they continue responding like this we will have to raise it with the courts which will definitely affect your sales. Was this information helpful? |
