Dear Sir/ Madam,
On August 2020, I purchased a brand-new Grand I 10 NIOS CNG Sports Model bearing No: MH12 SQ 9892 from GARVE HYUNDAI Wakad- Pune. After few days upon driving the car, I discovered that there is a Vibration sound approaching from Steering wheel side. Thereafter I approached the Garve Hyundai service center about the said problem to be rectify. They have obtained my car more than 5-6 times to solve the problem of vibration, even though they have replaced Reduction gear and bushes etc. Even after replacing the said part, I am facing the same problem, hence 5 days back they have again recalled my car to solve the issue but they couldn’t and I was promised by the dealer that the car has no major issues and is in a perfectly working condition. Upon driving the car, I found out that whenever I use to take trial after the completion of their work the trial does well, but after the driving of the said vehicle approx. 90 to 100 kms the vibration sound starts constantly again.
I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and I find the situation very irritating. New cars simply don’t do that. I am wondering at this point whether the dealer has tested the car and went through the necessary checks. This is utterly outrageous and completely unacceptable.
While I do understand that manufacturing errors do happen, still I can’t comprehend the fact that the car was not tested before handover. This is not the type of product I would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.
I demand replacement of car now or I want to go ahead to surrender this car as well as compensation for the waste of my time and money.
Enclosed with this letter are copies of the registration card and other related documents for your reference. My expectations are high; please don’t disappoint me again. If you remained to solve this issue positively then you leave me with no other choice but to approach for a legal remedy.
Note: Kindly check the history of service for this complains with Garve Hyundai (Wakad) The service Manager is: Mr. Sunil / Swapnil who is handling my issue of car.
