Hyundai Motor India — Harassment by novelty hyundai gt road

I bought a car from novelty hyundai in august but they guys not give me 2nd key i have already tell to mr kalia branch manager of dis branch and mr chadha chandigarh branch no body listen my problems every time give me some time give some time. What is this dis guys are spoile the brand name i have begging so many time so at last i have sent the mail to u kindly solve my problem
