Respected Sir, My self has bought Santro 1.1 AMT (WB-74-BA-1569) on October-2019 from Koushal Hyundai Paul Para Matigarah, Siliguri, West Bengal. But during August-2020 it was showing starting problem for which service personal from Hyundai come but unable to solve the problem and recommend to send to service center. Send to service center and brought the car again same starting problem coming again send to service center on 31-December-2020 but to date it was not ready service center manager Arindam(Mobile- [protected]) said parts have not been received. When contact Hyundai East Regional Office 1 Kolkata they said they are looking after it. SOUMYA GHOSH(Mobile-[protected]) your engineer is not receiving my phone call and avoiding my call for past one week and Your sales executive Ms Rinku Das both from Kolkata office not helping out. Sir savings for many years I have buy this car also there is loan for it, I am facing great harassment contacting Kolkata Office and Service Centreville. Even Corporate office Delhi I have contacted but without any answer. Sir I humbly request you to provide my car I am really lost my hope in you staff, you are last hope sir.
