Hyundai Motor India — I am complaining about the irresponsible work done by the dealer | |||
Dear Sir I belongs to ferozepur city (punjab). I had bought an i 20 (sportz) inn 2010 from your dealer in ferozepur. In March 2016, I got my car serviced & renew the insurance from the dealer (Brar Hyundai) in ferozepur. They have given me an insurance covernote for Rs 15983/-. The covernote is from (The New India Insurance Company limited) bearing a number 265205. I had done the full payment(cash) against which I had been told that the original insurance will be sent to me by email from the insurance company itself. But till date I got nothing from their side. Now on contacting your dealer, they respond that they have lost the papers of my insurance. So now I am left with no choice other than to write a complaint to you. pl sort out this matter or I will be forced to go for legal action. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||
