Hyundai Motor India — I10 Rear Bumper (Required positive response )

Dear Team i purchased new i10 in month of augest 2014 from tonk, rajasthan (Morani motors).Due to some incident my rear bumper got broken. i went to service centre and they told me that we have to give order of rear bumper to jaipur and it will come thereafter within four days, i came back and i called after 5 days they told me rear bumper is not available at jaipur it will take some more time again i called after 10 days again they told bumper is not available at tonk and not even jaipur also. i wonder that i10 is most popular car and rear bumper is basic accessiories after that i am facing this kind of services . is company is getting block to manufacturing this car or i made mistake to purchase this car . i would like to get positive response from hyundai.
