I have an i20 (Petrol) and it has completed 42000kms. I had given the car for servicing at kun united hyundai servicing centre, (Near ecil cross roads, beside lakshmi gardens) on 13 jul 17. I was promised that i would be given a discount of 20% on the total bill.
However i wasn't given any discount and was charged rs 1500 extra. I have mentioned this in the customer feedback form but haven't received any calls regarding the matter. It is a total neglect and display of improper work ethics by the staff. This kind of callous and poor behaviour is totally not acceptable.
