I bought my car (Getz GVS 1.1) 6 years back and it has completed around 40 000 km. In this span I had done Wheel Alignment five times. Out of these I have detailed report of wheel alignment for first, second and fifth cases. Out of these three reports two were from one authorized service center (first alignment at 4 677 km, second alignment at 16 354 km) and the other from another authorized service center (fifth alignment at 33 721 km).
Recently when I notice wheel alignment recommended angles at each of these reports are different from each other, I wrote to Hyundai Motors (HMIL) customer care email id [protected]@hmil.net. CRService keep insisting to visit their authorized service center to get clarification. As a manufacturer HMIL does not respond to customer when customer raises question on service of their authorized service center.
Six years back when I first time approached HMIL's authorized service center and sought clarification about the service provided, HMIL directly replied me and instructed their authorized service center to take care my complaint. Was this information helpful? |
