I am pride owner of hyundai-verna -diesel, car with registration number of tn-72 ak.0003, since2010. now it has come to the point of service at air condition portion.when took the vehicle to susee engineering and automobile private limited at 184/2, tirvandrum road, vannarpettai, tirunelveli for service on 08/12/2016, they inspect my vehicle and gave the quotation for rs: 38, 224/-.i am not satisfied with their opinion.so i get back my vehicle and approach to another near by service center, they also checkup my car and rectify the problem with total cost of rs:2700/-. here you know the difference in cost of two variants and how you people cheated the customer. service market is very competitive one.but you people easily loose your customers.this news is going to be spred to public through modern e-communication system like.whats up, face book, , , etc..., , the hyundai company is best in the world wide, but your authorized service centers are providing worst services to your customers.if this tendency is continue in future, one fine morning you will be out of the race.in earlier period i have loose my hard earning money at your authorized service center.
