Hyundai Motor India — Paint peel off in Creta

Address:B.Narayanapura, Bangalore

I am from Bangalore and have 7 year old White Creta. Am shocked to see the paint peeling off from the boot door (Refer photographs). It appears that there must have been some quality issue in this batch of cars. I am advised to repaint the whole vehicle for consistent shade. Why should I spend so much money on a 7 year old Car?
