Dear sir my name is mr prakash ch.agarwal..I am from tinsukia assam...I purchased hyundai i20 before 2 year ...this is my third car from ur company..before I 20 I was using sentro...I m ur permanent costumer..in i20 I facing key prob..my car key is broken..I ask hyundai service centre they told me it will cost 15 thousand but I m not ready to buy this.must costly key...sir plz do some thing for my car key I am facing lots of problem due to key.my car no is as23h8833... thanking you prakash ch.agarwal phr [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

My i20 keys have broken for the third time!!! There is a big problem with the design and manufacturing of these keys. Hyundai replaces this key and the cost is an exhorbitant 10k!!! why should the customer pay for a defective design and manufacturing process!!! will someone in Hyundai India pay some attention to this?
It is not like only i have this problems, i know several of my friends or people known to me having similar problems. it is very frustrating!!!
