This is regarding the problem which I have just encountered and investigated by ‘Dharamshree Automobile Pvt. Ltd.’ in my Fluidic Verna (DL-4C-AQ-5960). I was facing a problem of ‘Black Smoke’ from my Fluidic Verna and got it checked from service center. He said it might be a problem of ‘Exhaust Gas Recirculation’ and can be corrected. On 17th April, 2017, I have given my car to them for 2-3 hours and proper investigation revealed that it is a problem of ‘Turbo Charge Leakage’. My Verna has run only 53000 km till date and it is being encountered with ‘Turbo Charge Leakage’ issue. I had a word with Mr. ‘Devender Singh’(D.G.M. of Dharamshree Automobile Pvt. Ltd.) regarding the same and he said as per Hyundai records, car was serviced at 18000 km in 2014 and after that, it was not serviced at authorized Hyundai Service Center so they cannot do anything about it. I would like to ask Hyundai what quality are they maintaining in their vehicles as major problem in car is found by just running a merely 53000 Km and in just 4 years and 5 months. I seriously believe this issue needs to be addressed. In spite of the fact that my Verna was not serviced in Authorized Hyundai service center and I got it serviced outside because of major difference in servicing cost, this does not decline the fact ‘Turbo Charge leakage’ problem encountered in my vehicle can be ignored by Hyundai and they can put that blame upon the customer.
