I had booked hyundai alcazar through click to buy medium selecting ultimate hyundai as dealer before the price launch on 17th june 2021 and due to some personal reasons had cancelled the booking on 9th july 2021. While booking i was clearly told that the amount is fully refundable and i had also submitted all my documents with a letter to ultimate hyundai asking for refund since 9th july 2021 and did several follow-ups with lady called anju from the dealer but have neither got my refund nor any concrete reply from the dealership. Today is 31st july 2021
