Extremely dissapointed with the toll free no being services ftom gurugram. I had called for roadside assistance and was switched between several people for 16 minutes. At the end of the call my request was not completed
The agents in your call centre have no idea of locations in mumbai. Do u not have google or are they servicing customers from a foreign land. Pathetic understanding and no responsibility.
I had called as my car battery was down and needed road side assistance to jump start my car. What followed after i called your contact centre was nothing short of trauma.
First i was transfered saying i don't hv road side assistance insurance
Then when i said i don't mind paying i was transfered bavk to a person who didn't understand my location and did not know where the nearest location to send me assistance was.
Then i was transfered again twice and had to repeat my story. Finally i was told they will check which was nit dine. No one called me back. I wasted my 30 minutes trying to get a resolution from hyundai.
Pathetic service. I would want to be compensated for the mental trauma you guys have caused me.
2.5 years and yr battery dies. What type of batteries are bring installed. Tn your toll free no has no clue about anythibg. Nothing short of shamefull service.
Utterly dissapointed.
