Mr.Sudarsan,
Hope you are now comfortable with your I10.
In many situations it is the Ignorance of the User creates a lot of issues/complaints.
Speed Sensing Door Lock can also be a problem in your I10 !!!
After a crash, in emergency your car cannot be opened form Outside / nor by you (U have to unlock the center door lock & then open with the handle) This is not acceptable to certain customers / certain country regulation.
So Hyundai does not offer this as default. Also in Hyundai cars with side airbags this feature is there by default.. ( It can also Unlock in emergency...) so it is for your own good
Moreover for the safety of your son in rear seat, there is also what is called a child safety lock in rear door lock (Read about in User Manual !!)
