From the day I have purchased the car its showing a TPMS & Some Alert sign on dash board I have also filled up the air to the required pressure but still is not going, I have visited Pune from Mumbai and suddenly car start button is not functioning when I have called up the Hyundai Car Care engineer from Kothari Hyundai, Pune have visited and told me that there’s some problem with Starter of the car and it needs to be replaced, since its a new car he told me that it needs to be ordered from Chennai plant and it will take 15-20 days to deliver the parts, I have also checked with Sai Auto Hyundai & Shreem Hyundai, Mumbai and both have told me that it will take similar time due to unavailability of parts.
I fails to understand how poor management this is from Hyundai Motors India and how come new vehicle give all this problem to customer, also there's no proper response and timeline on parts availability and poor quality of parts & service. Was this information helpful? |
