Recently i went to Coimbatore, in the middle of the road my car got trouble and its was not started .. so by towing i took my vehicle to service center and then they replaced the battery.. my stereo was working fine
1. my battery has fallen below 12 volts instead of 14 volts, but service center made me to buy a battery instead of charging the battery
2. i haven't used my car after that long drive for 2 months.. and my new battery got fully drained out... i gave my battery for charging.. and used
after that my stereo was not working at all, i have went to kulsalya service center in guntur.. they have checked my stereo and asking me to buy a new stereo instead of service...
and when i asked for service they have rejected the claim, they cant able to do service, as its related to electronics/electrical..
i have a questions like:
1. what do u mean by service center? they reapir only some parts and they support only part sales?
2. why the hell, Hyundai is providing stereo, when they cant able to do service?
Note: if i didn't get repose from company:
a. i will file a case in consumer court, stating dealer has rejected my car for
service the stereo, asking me for buy a new stereo
b. i will send email/message by using bulk servicesto all my indian
brothers/sisters, stating dont buy an hyundai product, as they have very
less in experienced workers located across service centers, they only ask
us to replace the product after warranty and they dont to take service.
c. as i am not responsible for your sales, purchase across Indian which will
effect by sending these mails.. since i have raised a complain in ur
company not getting correct response form higher authority
