Hyundai Motor India — Unethical behaviour of staff and zero service | |||||
Sir/Madam This is to inform you regarding a two week old new creta car which is giving some problem.There is leakage of oil from total body of the car and when reported at the point of purchase that is hyundai Goa Motors Verna they said its just some oil which spell on the car from the containers at the time of transportation of the car and they just cleaned it off.This happened on the very next day after buying the car.This process has been repeated twice in every two days .Unfortunately this has not been solved yet.On reporting to the service manager again he said he want to keep the car under observation for 2-3days. Firstly i have bought this car to drive and not to keep it in showroom.Its a brand new car and such lapses are not expected from such reputed com . Requested the service manager to look into the matter at the earliest he said his going out of station for few days, he would start the work but he would not take any responsibility of the car and not to blame him if anything goes wrong.How he can use such rude language to customers who already have 5 hyundai cars in the family?Who is responsible for this?Is this the way u care for your customer?Moreover it was said that its an Gods act by the M.D.of the company.Are your cars manufactured by God?This is really very disappointing I didnot expect such service from one of my favourite automobiles.
