Dear sir,
We have hyundai venue which was been purchased by pala kottayam kerala on february 14th 2020,
Vehicle no: (Kl35k1426)
Registered by my wife named :binni augustine
The vehicle has been run for about 4000km.
It has been 4 months since we have purchased and used the vehicle.
The car has been facing couple of complaints since 1 months.
Complaint:
1. Water wipers isn’t working
2. The vehicle is not up to the mileage promised by hyundai and is effected the vehicle in a drastic manner
3. The vehicle is throwing up unwanted smoke which is harmful for the environment due to bad white fumes/smell
* we contacted the branch in pala kottayam kerala in the month of may
* the branch staff spoke to my son an told him that there are no parts for the wiper so the branch will contact us later
* my son spoke to the hyundai staff on 18th june 2020 regarding the bad fumes been produced by the vehicle rapidly (Especially when the vehicle is at a stand still or idle)
* the hyundai branch requested my son to surrender the vehicle to the branch for about 2 days to rectify the issue
* various testing was been conducted the branch as said by the staff of hyundai
* the branch delayed by surrendering the vehicle back to me by 1 week
* i spoke to the hyundai staff quite often regarding the issues faced by my vehicle
* the issues faced by the vehicle has still not solved except the wipers
* i requested for a spare car till they return my vehicle back
* the branch isn’t ready to give me a spare vehicle till now
* i hope so your organisation understands my situation and takes the necessity actions
* it’s very difficult to transport my family from point a to point b without a vehicle
* please solve the issues and help me out with ideal solution.
