I had purchased a new Hyundai EON car in September 2012 at Kanchana Hyundai, Puttur. Earlier I owned Maruti 800 car and I was pretty happy with its performance as well as the service / customer support received from them. I was very happy with the initial support received and the service commitment assured by the sales staff of Kanchana Hyundai during the time of purchase. But after the sales I have not received any support from the dealer for the problems / defects found in the car. I have listed below problems / defects occurred in my EON 1. Front Bumper damaged and replaced at the time of registration - due to the mishandling at dealers end. 2. Formation of moisture inside head-lamp - replaced after persistent complaints. 3. Front windshield damaged within two months of Purchase - Manufacturing defect. 4. All four tyres got defected (metal/steel is visible) within 15000 Kms of run. Replaced during warranty. 5. Main ECM board burned which was replaced recently, but after replacement of ECM it is creating some malfunctioning of other electrical parts. By considering all the above, i realize now though late, that I had taken a wrong decision in purchasing Hyundai EON rather than opting for some other brands. I hope you will take action on my complaint and direct Kanchana Hyundai to set right the complaints in my EON immediately or else I will be forced to take up this matter in the forum I feel appropriate.
