Sir, Iam having a i10 era model car with a registration no.TN72AM2737 which I purchased through Susie Hyundai
Tirunelveli on 10/6/2012 and the very next day it was garaged for clutch oil seepage and got it back only after
few days with replcaement of clutch set with company expense. The reason so claimed by them for the same was a faulty housing which they attributed as a error at manufacturing point.Now my vehicle has run for only 19000 kms
and it is being garaged at the same Susie Hyundai Workshed on 3/12/14. They say that the clutch is in bad condition and has to be replaced with whole housing.They dont have it in spare so they have to order somewhere from Kolkata.They say that they may receive it on or after 12/12/14 and afterwhich only they will decide the further course of action.Now my question is Why do you produce a car for which you dont have enough spare parts.You are very much aware that one foolish customer is ownig your defective product and he may come at any time for the same complaint and why you havent arranged for the spares with preknowledge.Any how you are going to further burden me with your bills atleast ensure quick delivery of my vehicle.
