Andi 3.5i- SRno – [protected] Fault – Display Blinking

I Purchase TWO Handset on 15th August 2013 Andi 3.5i & Andi 5li this handset are faulty Andi 3.5i has problem is no display bright they accept to repair on Date-22/11/2013 they said me after seven day you get it but its cant don after some days they call me its cant do then after three day they said me its water damage and repair charge is (3150+ Tax) I attach a file
They cant open my handset and how they can understand this board was faulty and to change this board. I have lot of headache to purchase this handset
And second handset is Andi 5li has battery problem and speaker problem they said me put your handset for three days in service center then they can do this to change the speaker they want three days

1) Sir it is possible to me spend RS 4000 to this handset?
2) On the 22/11/2013 the service center man cant understand this is water damage handset after 15 days they can understand without open my hand set they said change the main board very good engineer are their.
3) To change the speaker they want three days.
4) Can I believe to this Service center?
