I Ball Mobile — Keep Away to IBall Mobile | |||
When I search mobile on net the i got that Iball mobile will be good cause it has many features. So I bought I ball Shan mobile after approx 15 days I got that the display has been gone. Camera is not good, show full memory after getting approx 5 photos, functions are not good and convenient. When I request to I ball center to replace it, he refused to replace and asked for it's service. " Please Go away to I ball Phones, they all are not user friendly and has very bad quality. I used I ball phone but this is not good. Looked like as theft money cause:
1. Functions are not user friendly
2. Display problem
3. If you want to set your pic at desktop then you must have to purchase memory card.
4. Display look good at morning but it goes to blank display with light by night.
5. You can not set shortcut function like flash light, etc.
6. Phone need software to download/ upload songs or other things but it not launched yet.
7. Voice are not good.
And
I contacted to customer care then he called me that
1. We can not change it
2. For PC suite, you must have to wait
3. We can not do anything.. (What is going )
For more you can contact to me at my number, I will tell you everything about I ball phone. I am just wait after sometime I will also filled a case in consumer court.

I am 100% satisfy with the given complaint. Actually this is not a good hand set and user friendly as well.
My friend is having phone of i-Ball comapny after 2 week his phone's display is not working, i was suggesting him to purchase NOKIA but he went for i-ball because he saw so many feature in it in low cost comparative any other phone, now he is paying his low cost in his reintegration. he is very upset by his phone. Please don't go for i-ball if you need peace.
